WELCOME

At The Inner Path I support people of all ages, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I provide a safe therapeutic space to help teens and adults navigate life stressors; explore their identity and values; and practice self-compassion as they search for personal meaning and connection. Additionally, I offer Reiki as a gentle, restorative energy-based practice that supports balance, relaxation, and overall well-being. Reiki can be used on its own for promoting general health or as a complementary therapy to other treatments to relieve side effects and promote recovery. I am dedicated to helping clients along their wellness journey through an integrative approach to health and healing.

A Heart-Centered Wellness Practice for the Mind, Body, and Spirit
The Inner Path is a healing space offering the following distinct but complementary routes to well-being.
Therapy with me will be a partnership focused on personal insight, growth, and coping with life challenges in a safe, supportive space. I work with adolescents, adults, and older adults via in-person, virtual, or walk & talk sessions. Evening and weekend appointments available.
I specialize in supporting LGBTQIA+ individuals at every stage of life. I understand many of the unique challenges queer clients face and strive to provide culturally competent, affirming care in a safe and empowering space. I am also able to serve as a resource for gender-affirming medical care. You will feel seen, heard, and respected here.
The Inner Path
The "Inner Path" symbolizes the personal journey we each take to more closely align with our true self - physically, emotionally, and spiritually. It's about moving past our self-limiting beliefs and habits and moving towards healthier, intentional living.

Our life path rarely comes with a road map, though, and the best way forward is not always direct. We can expect twists and turns, setbacks and delays, even great pain and loss along the way. Yet it's through our struggles that we find new insights, opportunities, resilience, and joy.

Looking inward is essential, but to fully heal, we must also turn outward - towards nature, our community, and a purpose greater than ourselves. We become our best selves when we build meaningful connections with others, leading with our hearts and our shared humanity.

" It's your road and yours alone. Others may walk it with you, but
no one can walk it for you.×´
~ Rumi
