About Me

Practitioner of the healing arts, counselor, teacher, altruist, nature lover, fitness enthusiast, female business owner, dog rescuer, and mother.

The Inner Path, PLLC was born from my own journey transforming childhood trauma and adversity into wellness and resilience. Along the way I embraced integrative medicine, therapy, energy work, and a positive mindset. Prioritizing self-care and leaning into truly supportive relationships have made a huge difference as well. I have also found a grounding sense of peace and comfort from time spent with animals and outdoors.

Inspired by my experiences, I created The Inner Path - to share encouragement, compassion, hope, and support to others on their healing journey.
When not working, you can usually find me with one of my children (20, 18, and 15 yrs), walking the dogs, running, playing hockey, doing yard work, reading, finding the best pizza spot, or planning another travel adventure.

What Guides Me

I have always felt a special connection to children, nature, and animals and an equally strong calling to help and to heal. Helping others is at the very core of who I am and drives my work. As a highly intuitive empath, I navigate the world with heightened sensitivity and a keen awareness and understanding of the energy around me. This allows me to pick up on subtleties, unspoken emotions and patterns, and connect with others on a deeper level. This insight, combined with years of clinical training and experience, helps me to more effectively focus in on what my client needs most in that moment.

More importantly, I believe in the inherent value and dignity of ALL human beings. I stand firmly for equity, celebrate diversity, and honor the voices and experiences of every individual. I also have a genuine appreciation for the natural world and its many healing gifts. My approach reflects my belief in the mind/body connection; the power of kindness, gratitude, and service; the importance of living authentically and following your passions; and the incredible strength and resilience of the human spirit.
