Psychotherapy

Good therapy is a collaborative process that takes place within an open, trusting, and compassionate relationship. Growth and healing happen most quickly when you feel safe, cared for, and invested in your own self-improvement.

My approach is strengths-based, heart-centered, and individualized to your unique needs. My office is a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing space away from the fast-paced, hectic world outside. Together we can learn ways to self-regulate, restore balance, and cope more effectively with life’s many stressors. At the same time we will work to more closely align your life choices with your core values and goals.
