Psychotherapy

Good therapy is a collaborative process that takes place within an open, trusting, and compassionate relationship. Growth and healing happen most quickly when you feel safe, supported, and actively engaged in your own self-improvement.

My therapeutic approach is holistic, strengths-based, client-centered, culturally sensitive, trauma-informed, and collaborative. I draw from a variety of evidence-informed practices and tailor therapy to each individual rather than relying on a one-size-fits-all model. I bring warmth, curiosity, compassion, and a genuine belief in each person's capacity for growth to my work.

My office is a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing space away from the fast-paced, hectic world outside. Together we can work on strategies to cope with life's stressors, improve emotional regulation, and restore balance as we better align your life choices with your core values and goals.
