Psychotherapy
Good therapy is a collaborative process built upon an open, trusting, and compassionate relationship. Growth and healing happen most quickly when you feel safe, cared for, and invested in your own self-improvement.

My approach is strengths-based, heart-centered, and individualized to your unique needs. My space is a quiet, comfortable, and relaxing atmosphere - a calm and secure setting away from the fast-paced, hectic world outside. Together we can work to help you regulate, restore balance, and cope more effectively with life’s many stressors.
